Look for red and shake your head. On an apple, the color is red

Now, look for brown, hop up and down. A farmer’s soil, the color is brown

8. The Shape Shake

It’s time that our adventure begins. Throw your climbing gear up the mountain.
Hold on tight and don’t lose hope, (Hope anybody seen hope). Hold yourself up with the rope. Once again to the top now listen to me. Yodel your way up at the tree. When you get to the top don’t start an avalanche, you gotta swing from limb to limb and branch to branch.
Chorus: Adventuronimo, don’t you wanna go?  
Now it’s time to cross the river. Jump from rock to rock and don’t get the shivers. Play it safe or you’ll be crying. Tip toe past the mountain lion. Skip your way down a rattlin bog but once you’re there you gotta balance on a log. Watch your step and be sure footed. Throw your backpack and watch where you put it.

A sigh of relief once you get to land, but not so fast, you gotta wade through quick sand. Once you get through its time for lunch. Cast your fishing pole, I hope you get a bunch. Wait a second now we don’t need anymore, that big fish reeled you in better swim for shore. Then don’t you worry if you’re freezing your bones. Dry off with your towel, now we’re headed home.

16. Balancing Act

Feet together, close your eyes, (Close eyes breathe in and out.) And breathe slowly in and out. Open your eyes. 
Lift your right foot and balance on the left. (Balance on left foot.)
Put your arms out straight. (Arms out wide as you balance.)
Now reach for the stars. (Arms up in the air as you balance.)
Place your right foot on the floor and raise your left foot. (Balance on right foot.)

Place your left foot on the floor and raise your right knee. (Lift right knee and balance on left foot.)

Now close your eyes and slowly breathe in and out. (Hug self.) Let your mind take you to a happy place.

Thursday – deep squats (Extend legs and bend knees up and down.)
Friday – hop scotch (Jump and kick left foot backwards. Jump and kick 
right foot backwards.)
Saturday – sit and smile (Sit and put hands in your lap as you smile.)

22. Yippy the Yellow Yak

There is a Yak that teachers know. His friends all call him Yippy. He comes to school on Mondays, yes. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays yes. He likes school on Fridays best. Yippy the yellow Yak. Yesterday he acted yuck and trashed up the whole school yard. He tied yarn up and down the swing. He yanked my yoyo and broke the string. He yelled and messed up everything. Yippy the yellow yak.

Yippy was in trouble then with all his friends and teachers. Monday he stopped being bad. Tuesday and Wednesday he was a glad.
Thursday and Friday what fun he had, Yippy the yellow yak.
